Delivery Policy

ClosersHQ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product operated by S9 Media (UDYAM-MH-27-0218240). It is a fully digital product — there are no physical goods, no shipping, and no delivery charges.

1. No Physical Delivery

ClosersHQ does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. All purchases are for access to a web-based CRM platform, delivered entirely over the internet.

2. Digital Access Delivery

Upon successful payment, access to your subscribed plan is granted instantly and automatically:

• Your organisation's plan is upgraded immediately after payment confirmation.
• All features included in your plan are enabled within seconds.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your payment and an invoice.
• No download, installation, or shipping is required.

3. Access Requirements

To use ClosersHQ, you need:

• A device with a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
• An active internet connection.
• Login credentials for your ClosersHQ account.

4. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the ClosersHQ platform. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible. Unplanned downtime of more than 24 consecutive hours may be eligible for a service credit as described in our Refund Policy.
