These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClosersHQ platform and services ("Service") operated by S9 Media (a company registered under the MSME Act, India, UDYAM-MH-27-0218240), trading as ClosersHQ ("we", "us", or "our"), accessible at closershq.in. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ClosersHQ is a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed for real estate sales teams. The Service allows organisations ("Organisations") to capture, manage, and track leads; assign and track follow-up tasks; integrate with lead sources such as Facebook Lead Ads and IVR telephony; and generate sales reports.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately at support@closershq.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in the Service ("Your Data"), including lead information, contact details, and notes. You grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not sell Your Data to third parties. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the lead data you collect and store in the Service has been obtained lawfully, including obtaining any required consents from individuals whose personal data you process through the platform.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to Meta (Facebook), telephony providers (Tata Tele SmartFlo), and SMS gateway providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
By connecting a Facebook Page or Lead Ads account through ClosersHQ, you confirm that you have the necessary authorisations from Facebook/Meta and that your use complies with Meta's Platform Policies.
The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by or licensed to S9 Media and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited licence to use it during your active subscription.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes that negatively affect you, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, S9 MEDIA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S9 Media and its team from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Data, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@closershq.in. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for up to 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
